It was during a season of prayer and fasting in 2009, that God lead Pastor Hal and Michelle to serve the church at Midway West. Because our church came from a season of prayer and fasting, it has always been a value to keep prayer and fasting as a priority.
Pastor Hal and the team decided to devote the first of the year to prayer and fasting. From that January until now, West has spent 21 days every January and August in 21 Days of Prayer, and it is one of the most important things we do as a church.

The more time you spend with something or someone, the more confidence you build in it. The same is true for God. The more time you spend with God, the more your faith in Him will grow.

- Lead a Prayer Life group
- Join a Prayer Team that on Sunday morning and pray over prayer request that come into the church.
- Pray for our Leadership Team
- Pray over prayer request that come in to the church
